    Mentoring

    Our mentoring services are intentional, individualized, and centered on the unique needs of each participant. We work one-on-one with participants, meeting them where they are and helping them identify opportunities for growth, stability, and success. Through the Mississippi Project, we recognize that every participant and every family has different needs. That is why we do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand each participant’s circumstances.

    Court Advocacy

    When a participant is involved with the judicial system, assigned staff may attend court proceedings with the participant and family to provide support and appropriate advocacy. Staff can also provide progress letters, program participation information, and relevant updates to attorneys and other authorized parties. 6.     Reentry Services

    Upon release from a detention center or jail, participants receive individualized reentry support. Staff assess immediate needs and help participants reconnect with family, education, employment, housing, identification, transportation, healthcare, counseling, and other essential services. 11.     Workshop

Our workshops are designed around the real experiences, challenges, and potential of youth and young adults—helping them build a stronger sense of self, shift their mindsets, and develop the tools they need to make positive choices for their futures. We bring experienced specialists and facilitators into our workshops to provide trauma-informed, restorative, and youth-centered programming.
